Mr. Vishal Burshe is the visionary force behind Cottonwave, leading the company with a clear mission of empowering women through garment clusters and building a sustainable textile business.
As the Managing Director, he sets and evolves the strategic direction of the company and its portfolio of offerings, while nurturing a strong leadership team to ensure seamless execution.
With nearly two decades of extensive global experience in the export business of marine products and diverse merchandise, Mr. Vishal has established a proven track record in driving growth, managing turnarounds, and creating value-driven enterprises.
At Cottonwave, he oversees the overall management and operations of the company and its subsidiaries, ensuring that every step forward reflects a commitment to quality, empowerment, and sustainability.
Mr. Nayan
Founder & Partner
As Co-Founder and Partner at Cottonwave, Mr. Nayan plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic business development initiatives. With strong leadership skills and a dynamic vision, he actively drives growth through innovative strategies and a collaborative approach.
He is responsible for building and strengthening dealer and distribution networks, ensuring seamless vendor relationships, and expanding Cottonwave’s market presence. His hands-on involvement in business execution and network development has been integral to positioning Cottonwave as a forward-thinking, responsible menswear brand.
